You want to know before they do! If you are thinking about placing your home on the market, it's important to know what someone who is thinking about purchasing your home will find or may find while conducting their own inspection.  By being pro-active, you can alleviate any issues during the selling process by addressing problems that could come up.

A pre-listing inspection is no different in prepping your home than washing the windows, painting the kitchen or clearing out the garage.  You want to make sure that all your "i's" are dotted and your "t's" are crossed.

Upon completion of your Pre-Listing inspection, Tri State Inspection will provide you with a detailed report in which you can use to correct an issues or to help sell the house by showing the homes "wellness" report.
